Actively drive employee engagement activities & Induction, Orientation / Training for on roll & off roll. Talent acquisition for on-roll as well as off-roll. Ready to visit of customer location, audit, train & supervise Able to handle email accounts & expertise in MS Outlook, document and bring all updates to leadership Should have well versed with MS-Office & MS-Outlook & proper knowledge of Job Portals. Other HR operational activities. Have to generate/prepare Offer, Appointment Letters & various kinds of official correspondence. End to end support in Joining & Exit formalities. Handling employee queries over phone/email/portal and ensuring time-bound closure. Should be able to have a quick understanding on HRMS systems and maintain the same on-going for any change that comes in Maintaining updating daily monthly, quarterly yearly MIS. Knowledge of preparing employees ID Cards. Coordination with each & every vendor for their particular queries.
