Roles and Responsibilities Source and attract top talent through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and internal databases. Conduct initial screenings of resumes and cover letters to identify suitable candidates for open positions. Coordinate interviews with hiring managers to schedule interview dates and times. Shortlist qualified candidates based on their qualifications, experience, and fit for the role. Assist in negotiating salaries and benefits during the recruitment process. Desired Candidate Profile 1-6 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment or related field (recruitment consulting). Strong understanding of sourcing profiles, shortlisting, interview scheduling, interview coordination, selection processes. Excellent communication skills for effective telephonic conversations with clients/candidates.
