Job Description

We are hiring an experienced Joinery Detailer to prepare accurate cutting lists, shop drawings, and material take-offs for custom joinery and interior projects. The candidate must have strong technical understanding of joinery construction and factory production standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate cutting lists for all joinery and furniture items
• Read and interpret architectural drawings, shop drawings, and specifications
• Prepare material take-offs (MTO) and hardware lists
• Optimize sheet layouts to minimize material wastage
• Coordinate with the production team for technical clarifications
• Revise drawings based on site measurements and project changes
• Ensure detailing aligns with joinery best practices and factory standards
• Work closely with designers, estimators, and project managers

Requirements

• Diploma / ITI Draftsman / B.Tech (preferred)
• 2–6 years experience in joinery detailing or related roles
• Strong knowledge of MDF, plywood, laminates, veneer, hardware, joinery profiles, and joinery construction methods
• Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory)
• Knowledge of SketchUp is an added advantage
• Good communication in English; Hindi spoken preferred
• Gulf experience is an added advantage

Salary Range

20,000 – 35,000 INR per month
