As a Lead Full Stack Developer at our fast-growing fintech technology company located in Thane, you will be an integral part of our India development team focusing on AI-powered solutions for Compliance, Fraud Detection, Reconciliation, and Advanced Analytics. We pride ourselves on maintaining a collaborative, diverse, and fun workplace culture in both the US and India. You will be responsible for developing high-performance distributed applications using asynchronous programming techniques in Node.js and building React.js UI components and RESTful APIs integrated with a MySQL backend. Troubleshooting and debugging existing systems to ensure stability and performance will also be a key part of your role. Collaborating closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translating them into technical tasks, participating in sprint planning, design reviews, and daily standups, as well as working with front-end and back-end developers for seamless integration, are among the essential tasks you will be handling. Additionally, you will be writing and maintaining unit tests using TDD best practices, assisting QA teams in defining test cases and strategies, identifying and reengineering performance bottlenecks, maintaining technical documentation, and conducting peer code reviews. To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field (Masters preferred) and at least 6-8 years of experience in web application development using Node.js and React.js. A strong understanding of Data Structures and Algorithms, proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, REST APIs, CRUD operations, JSON, XML, web security, SQL/RDBMS, Node.js ecosystem, testing tools, and computer science fundamentals is required. Experience in performance tuning and debugging across frontend and backend, excellent communication skills in English, and the ability to work well in a team environment are also essential.
