Activities related to a broad cross section of Johnson Controls customer portfolios – APAC region Month end closing activities and reporting Analyze accounts and set targets - Collection plan / Forecasting /strategy at the beginning of month Responsible for overseeing collection activities of all the active customers for APAC region Manage Collection processes, provide early stage customer service and, where necessary, raise cases involving customer complaints Co-ordination with customers, customer service team, sales, credit controller and cash application team Support other finance operations by providing and receiving information from customers regarding invoicing, collection and cash application Account reconciliation - follow up with sales team and review open points and request customer master team to update system Manage and Process Adjustments, Promise to Pay/ Deductions / Payment Plans / Write Off's Issuing Dunning Letters and/Or Legal Proceedings for uncollected receivables To ensure compliance to applicable policies, guidelines, and regulations What we look for? Graduate / Postgraduate / Master’s Degree in any stream Proficient in both verbal and written business communications 7 - 9 Years of experience required in APAC Collections process Systems knowledge in ERPs (Baan, Sales Force, Pronto & SAP) Experience in APAC process transition would be preferred Proficiency in Collections Tools like Getpaid, Contact Tool, SAP Oracle will be preferred Shift – 8 AM to 5 PM Excellent customer service, business communication, and follow-up skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment while meeting deadlines.
