Role Overview We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Executive to join our team at Zorix. The Sales Executive will be responsible for promoting and selling JobSpot services to prospective candidates (OPT, STEM OPT, H1B, Non-IT graduates, etc.) and ensuring consistent revenue growth. This role requires excellent communication skills, consultative selling ability, and a passion for helping candidates achieve their career goals. Key Responsibilities Identify and generate leads through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, university connections, and referrals. Pitch JobSpots services to potential clients (students and job seekers) and explain the value proposition clearly. Conduct consultative sales conversations to understand candidate pain points and recommend suitable JobSpot service plans. Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Collaborate with the marketing team to run campaigns and convert inbound leads. Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, client interactions, and agreements in CRM tools. Provide pre-sales and post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction. Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments to refine sales strategies. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or telecalling (experience in staffing, edtech, or recruitment services preferred). Strong English communication and presentation skills. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Ability to build strong relationships with clients and maintain long-term trust. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work under minimal supervision. Knowledge of U.S. job market and OPT/H1B visa processes will be an added advantage.
