We are seeking a Project Design Coordinator to support the development of execution-ready architectural drawings by coordinating between outsourced design consultants and the in-house design team. This role requires strong knowledge of Bangalores building bylaws, proficiency in architectural detailing, and the ability to streamline design workflows for smooth execution on-site. Key Responsibilities: Design Coordination & Support In-House Design Development Deliverable & Schedule Tracking Regulatory Compliance & Approvals Stakeholder Communication Risk Identification & Documentation Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Architecture (B.Arch mandatory). 4 to 5 years of experience in real estate/construction, with hands-on exposure to architectural detailing and design execution. Experience in developing GFCs and working drawings from concept designs. Familiarity with Bangalores building approval processes (BDA, BBMP, KSPCB). Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and BIM tools.
