Asst Manager - Design Coordination

We are seeking a Project Design Coordinator to support the development of execution-ready architectural drawings by coordinating between outsourced design consultants and the in-house design team. This role requires strong knowledge of Bangalores building bylaws, proficiency in architectural detailing, and the ability to streamline design workflows for smooth execution on-site.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Architecture (B.Arch mandatory).
• 4 to 5 years of experience in real estate/construction, with hands-on exposure to architectural detailing and design execution.
• Experience in developing GFCs and working drawings from concept designs.
• Familiarity with Bangalores building approval processes (BDA, BBMP, KSPCB).
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and BIM tools.
