Position / Role: Plant HR Designation: Manager / Senior Manager Qualification: Any Degree and MBA or Equivalent Experience: 15+ Years Location: Vemula, Mahbubnagar Role & responsibilities: Industrial Relation • Deliver timely and efficient HR Services to internal customers. • Handle all employees/staff issues and grievances relating to performance management, compensation, transfer, process compliance across location. • Overall responsible for maintaining contact with contractors and key workmen, take feedback of workmen on policies to ensure employees relations and overall adherence to company rules and regulations. • Overall responsible for planning and arranging effective functioning of various committees such as the canteen committee, works committee, employee welfare committee, safety committee etc. • Responsible for ensuring that responses to queries and complaints of critical nature from employees are provided to ensure timely and effective grievance redressal. Statutory Compliance • Responsible for documentation to ensure that all the plants fulfil all statutory regulation to labour issues to minimize overall risk for the company. • Laison with government officials (Factories & Labour Etc.) • Responsible for all domestic inquiry, discipline management, absenteeism, employee grievance, indiscipline cases. • Handling all Provident Fund transfer, settlement related issue – existing and pending • Handling Gratuity related issues – existing and pending. • Ensure timely disbursement of wages without an error, Bonus payment as per act. Contract Labour Management • Contract labour related admissions, ID cards, Rates, Minimum wages, Liasoning with Labour Inspectors, Payment of wages and grievance handling. • Boundary management and liasoning with local administration and government bodies to keep peaceful working atmosphere. Time office, payroll and salary and salary disbursement. HR Operations • Accumulation of monthly attendance for on roll employees • Validation of attendance with the functional department. and work out the monthly report and share the same with Payroll in HO. • Preparing & maintaining a tracker/planner for employee engagement • Handling of important plant visit, Employee farewell. Desired Candidate Profile Proven experience in HR management, preferably from a manufacturing industry. Knowledge of IR and HR best practices. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a plant environment and manage HR functions effectively. Relevant degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
