We are urgently hiring an experienced On-Site Technician for a ground-mounted solar power plant located at Valia (Ankleshwar). The candidate will be stationed full-time at the project site and will be responsible for daily O&M activities, system inspection, preventive & corrective maintenance, issue resolution, and daily reporting. The technician will also be required to supervise robotic/manual cleaning activities and coordinate with the central team for operational updates. Key Responsibilities: Perform daily inspection of PV modules, inverters, AJBs/DCDBs, cables, and structures Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance of solar components and equipment Diagnose and troubleshoot faults in solar inverters, strings, and power monitoring systems Ensure daily cleaning activities (robotic or manual) are carried out as per schedule Maintain accurate records of daily generation reports, cleaning logs, and fault reports Supervise local manpower and ensure safety compliance at all times Ensure proper documentation and report submission to the central operations team Coordinate with OEM/service teams for breakdown assistance, if required Requirements Required Skills & Knowledge: Knowledge of solar PV systems: modules, inverters, junction boxes, etc. Familiarity with preventive and breakdown maintenance practices Experience in cleaning supervision (preferably robotic cleaning systems) Ability to handle basic electrical tools, multimeter, clamp meter, etc. Basic understanding of electrical safety, grounding, and power flow Good communication and reporting skills (WhatsApp/Email/Excel) Willingness to reside at remote project site full-time (24×7 availability) On-Site Stay & Support: Accommodation Provided at project site Site support team and centralized operations available for assistance Benefits Competitive salary as per market standards Exposure to large-scale solar O&M practices Experience with robotic cleaning and digital monitoring systems Long-term job stability with a leading solar services company Career growth into Site Supervisor or Field Engineer roles based on performance
