Job description Job Description: We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Primary English Teacher to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective English lessons to students in the primary grades, fostering a love for reading and writing, and supporting the development of literacy skills in accordance with the national curriculum or school standards. Key Responsibilities: Plan, prepare, and deliver lessons that align with the curriculum and are appropriate to the age and ability of students. Teach reading, writing, grammar, and spoken English in a creative and engaging way. Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning. Assess and monitor student progress through formative and summative evaluations. Provide feedback to students and communicate regularly with parents or guardians on academic performance. Differentiate instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners, including English Language Learners (ELLs) and students with special needs. Create a safe and stimulating classroom where students feel comfortable and motivated to participate. Collaborate with other teachers, staff, and school leadership to plan interdisciplinary activities and school events. Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development programs. Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and academic performance. Uphold the school's values, code of conduct, and safeguarding policies Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Language: English (Preferred) Work Location: In person
