KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Preparing project report Preparing complex financial models with valuation Preparing pitch decks & Investment teaser for startups/clients. Undertake sector analysis and financial analysis of companies in a segment/sector. Conduct Market research (secondary)Study & Analyze Central/state Government and private funding options/Policies/Interventions with focus on various sectors. Study the valuation methodology/multiples considered by Private Equity & VC’s while investing in start-ups/companies Interact with investors/bankers for sourcing deal opportunities. Prepare responses to queries raised by Government agencies/ Bankers/FI/investors. QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum education requirement: 12TH Pass and above. Fluency in English and Hindi and any regional languages preferred. Prior experience in business development is preferred but not mandatory. Freshers are encouraged to apply. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in basic computer applications. ADDITIONAL ROLES & RESPONSIBILITY Advising & Grooming founders how to pitch before investors Identifying, Information gathering, researching, planning and leading for new service line opportunities. Resource planning and talent acquisition for financial analyst / investment analyst. Product / service training to sales / BD employees. Leading recruitment drive at various B schools for financial analyst position Advising and guiding in formulating digital marketing strategy REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE: Excellent analytical, project management and teamwork competencies strong communication and interpersonal skills. Sound grasp of MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, Canva. Good understanding of financial and valuation principles. Prior experience with any consulting firm/ investment bank will be of advantage. Interest in market research. Interest in working in a challenging and dynamic start up environment is must.
