Key Responsibilities of a Telecalling Executive:Outbound Calling: Make calls to potential or existing customers to inform them about products, services, or offers. Lead Generation & Follow-ups: Identify and qualify leads. Regularly follow up with interested or previously contacted customers. Customer Relationship Management: Maintain good customer relations. Handle complaints professionally and escalate if needed. Data Entry & Record Maintenance: Maintain accurate records of calls, customer details, and feedback. Update CRM systems regularly. Achieve Targets: Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets. Work under pressure to achieve assigned KPIs. Product Knowledge: Stay updated with product/service features. Confidently explain features, pricing, and benefits to customers. Script Adherence: Follow prepared scripts when pitching or answering questions. Ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards. Market Research: Gather feedback and market insights from customer interactions. Report customer trends and suggestions to the team. Team Coordination: Coordinate with sales, marketing, or support teams when needed.
