Job Summary: The E-commerce Executive will be responsible for managing the company’s online sales presence, optimizing product listings, handling online marketplaces, coordinating marketing campaigns, analyzing data to improve performance, and ensuring a smooth online customer experience. Key Responsibilities: Manage product listings, content updates, images, and pricing across e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, your website, etc.). Coordinate inventory management with warehouse/logistics team. Execute and monitor promotional campaigns, coupons, and discounts. Optimize product descriptions and SEO for improved visibility and ranking. Analyze customer behavior, traffic, sales trends, and suggest improvements. Respond to customer queries and reviews in a timely and professional manner. Work closely with digital marketing for campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc. Generate reports on sales performance and marketing ROI. Manage order processing, returns, and overall customer experience. Skills & Qualifications: 12th Pass Minimus Qualification Required Fresheres or any experience in e-commerce operations or digital sales. Strong knowledge of marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, etc. Understanding of SEO, Google Analytics, and digital advertising platforms. Proficient in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and basic reporting. Good communication and organizational skills. Knowledge of Photoshop or Canva is a plus. Preferred Traits: Detail-oriented with a proactive attitude. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment. Quick learner with a passion for e-commerce and digital innovation. Salary Range: ₹ 10,000 to ₹ 15,000 per month (based on experience)
