Job Summary: We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-driven Customer Sales Executive to handle inbound inquiries on WhatsApp and phone calls . The executive will play a crucial role in converting leads into long-term business customers by showcasing the right saree collections, understanding customer needs, and managing the sales process smoothly. Key Responsibilities: Handle daily inbound leads from WhatsApp and calls. Understand buyer’s requirements and share relevant saree collections/catalogs based on region, taste, and demand. Guide customers through video call presentations, product details, pricing, and order process. Follow up with interested leads and convert them into confirmed B2B buyers . Maintain CRM or Excel sheets to track inquiries, order status, and follow-ups. Coordinate with the dispatch and packaging team for order processing. Handle customer queries, price negotiations, and small objections tactfully. Share daily updates on lead status and closures with the sales head. Ensure high levels of professionalism, courtesy, and brand representation in all communications. Skills & Requirements: Prior experience in B2B sales or textile/Saree industry preferred. Strong communication and convincing skills. Good understanding of WhatsApp Business , voice/video calls, and basic Excel. Patience and active listening to understand customer preferences. Ability to multitask between chats, calls, and product recommendations. Knowledge of different saree types (Paithani, Fancy, Bandhej, etc.) is a plus.
