Job Opportunity: GIAM Engineer (One Identity Manager) Location: Pune (Hybrid Mode) Experience: 6+ Years | Employment Type: Full-time Job Description We are seeking an experienced GIAM Engineer with strong expertise in One Identity Manager (1IM) and IAM environments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for administration, engineering, and support of One Identity tools and integrated services across both cloud and on-prem infrastructures. Key Responsibilities: Administer and manage One Identity tool (1IM Manager, Object Browser, Job Queue, Synchronization Editor) . Provide engineering support for the One Identity Manager Environment . Manage cloud & on-prem IAM infrastructures . Handle Active Directory multi-forest environments, Windows OS, IIS, and MS SQL Server . Monitor, report, and analyze bugs during and after IAM release versions. Ensure performance management of IAM tools, databases, and infrastructure. Support integration of identities and services with IAM Infra. Collaborate with onshore development & project teams for solutions, releases, and testing. Manage incidents, problems, and change requests within IAM Infra. Document and update IAM processes and procedures. Work with tools like JIRA and handle IAM-related tasks. Required Qualifications & Experience: 6+ years in Enterprise IT with a core focus on IAM technologies (One Identity or similar tools) . Graduate degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field. Certifications in Security (CISSP, CISM) are a plus. Cloud knowledge/certifications in Azure/AWS are an advantage. Microsoft certifications in infrastructure solutions are preferred. Familiarity with Agile methodologies . Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with One Identity tool (preferred) / IAM tools . Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, TCP/IP, networking . Proficiency in MS SQL (single & cluster configuration) . Understanding of incident, problem, and change management processes . Knowledge of Jenkins, IaaS, DevOps tools (GitHub, Azure Kubernetes, pipeline deployment) . Functional Skills: Strong knowledge of IAM concepts, security, risks, and governance .
