Key Responsibilities: Install, configure, and commission equipment at client sites. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of machinery/equipment. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely solutions to minimize downtime. Respond to customer service calls and provide on-site support. Train customers and operators on equipment usage and safety protocols. Ensure compliance with company service policies and safety standards. Maintain accurate service reports, documentation, and feedback to management. Coordinate with internal teams (sales, operations, technical) to resolve issues. Escalate complex problems to higher-level technical teams if required. Build and maintain strong professional relationships with customers.
