Role & responsibilities Strategy Development: Lead the building of a sustainable new age consumer oriented fashion e-commerce business (D2C & marketplace). Responsible for managing the overall P&L (INR 150 Cr of D2C) channels including marketplaces. Customer Experience: Enhance the online customer experience by optimizing the website's navigation, search functionality, and checkout process. Monitor customer feedback, reviews, and inquiries to address any issues and improve overall satisfaction. Analytics and Reporting: Use web analytics tools to monitor website performance, conversion rates, and customer behavior. Generate regular reports on key metrics, sales performance, customer insights, and other relevant data to identify areas for improvement and make informed business decisions.
