Cook and blend ingredients to precise textures and flavors. Store sauces properly, maintain accurate labeling and FIFO rotation. Support pizza and pasta sections with timely sauce supply. Standardize recipes and batch portions as per SOPs. Assist in R&D for new sauce developments.
