Join us at Sharada Nursing institute Eligibility Criteria: Principal at a Nursing college plays a key leadership role, responsible for the academic and administrative management of the institution. The job profile typically includes the following: Provide strategic direction and vision for the institution's growth and development. Manage day-to-day operations of the college, including admissions, examinations, and infrastructure maintenance Coordinate with university authorities for affiliations, exams, and policy implementation Lead recruitment, evaluation, and retention of faculty and non-teaching staff. Oversees curriculum planning, faculty development, and integration of best practices. Monitors college expenditures and ensures responsible use of resources. Attention to students when necessary, including individual assignments. Key Responsibilities: Sales & Business Development: Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets for Life Insurance products. Develop and execute sales strategies to grow the branch/area business. Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base. Drive penetration of life insurance products through direct and channel sales. Team Management & Leadership: Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate a team of Sales Managers and Agents. Set goals and performance standards for the sales team. Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports and take corrective actions. Ensure team productivity and compliance with company policies. Channel & Partner Management: Develop strong relationships with channel partners (Bancassurance, Direct Sales, Brokers, Financial Advisors). Drive engagement and productivity of the distribution network. Ensure smooth operations and alignment between the company and distribution partners. Customer Relationship Management: Ensure superior customer service and satisfaction. Address customer queries, complaints, and escalations effectively. Conduct periodic customer meetings to ensure brand loyalty and referrals. Compliance & Operational Excellence: Ensure adherence to IRDAI regulations and company policies. Conduct regular audits and risk assessments within the branch/area. Maintain documentation, reports, and sales records as per regulatory requirements.
