About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Oversee the day-to-day operations of Mahatta Cafe, ensuring smooth workflow and high service standards 2. Supervise and coordinate the work of caf staff members 3. Prepare and serve beverages, desserts, and caf items (ice creams, shakes, etc.) 4. Monitor and maintain inventory of raw materials and supplies 5. Operate and manage the POS machine and digital billing systems 6. Handle customer queries and resolve minor complaints politely and efficiently 7. Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation standards are met 8. Conduct basic performance evaluations and training of staff members 9.
