Job description Job description Accounting : Manage day-to-day accounting functions, including bank reconciliation, vendor and employee payments, and GST invoicing Compliance : Ensure compliance with regulations, such as timely payment of TDS, PF, and professional tax Financial reporting : Prepare financial statements, such as P&L accounts and balance sheets, and assist in preparing monthly and quarterly financial results Auditing : Handle tax audits and assessments, and assist in the closure of statutory, internal, and tax audits Collaboration : Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial success Record keeping : Establish and maintain fiscal files and records to document transactions Systems and procedures : Improve systems and procedures, and initiate corrective actions Staff management : Assign projects and direct staff to ensure compliance and accuracy Skills Required : B.Com / M.com Minimum 3 yrs in Accounts experience.
