Roles and Responsibilities Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve targets in commercial vehicle loans, personal loans, business loans, tractor loans, two wheeler loans, car finance, and used car loan segments. Develop and implement effective strategies to increase sales revenue growth and market share. Build strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. Conduct regular performance reviews with team members to identify areas for improvement. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. Desired Candidate Profile 3-8 years of experience in automobile sales or related field (commercial vehicle loans, vehicle finance). Strong knowledge of various types of loans such as personal loans, business loans, tractor loans etc. . Excellent communication skills with ability to build rapport with customers at all levels. Proven track record of achieving sales targets consistently over time.
