Job Title: Pre-Primary School Teacher Timing: 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM (Monday to Saturday) Reporting to: School Director / Academic Coordinator Job Overview: We are Seeking for a passionate and dedicated Pre-Primary Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate should be creative, patient, and enthusiastic about working with young children aged 2 to 5 years, ensuring their safety, development, and early education through structured activities. Key Responsibilities: Create and deliver age-appropriate learning plans and activities Foster a positive and nurturing classroom environment Support the physical, emotional, and social development of children Encourage creativity through storytelling, games, music, and art Maintain regular communication with parents regarding student progress Ensure classroom cleanliness and hygiene Observe and record child behavior and development Assist in organizing school events and celebrations Job Requirements: Good communication skills in English and Tamil Patience, energy, and a child-friendly attitude Basic knowledge of early childhood learning methods Work Hours: 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM (Full-time) Salary: Performance-based pay. Incentives and raises will be offered based on regular evaluations. Other Terms: A one-year lock-in period is mandatory upon joining. Candidates must be committed to completing the academic year.
