Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist located in Simulia. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, providing excellent customer service, and conducting training sessions for new team members. The role also includes managing sales operations and overseeing the sales team to ensure targets are met. Qualifications Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management Ability to conduct and facilitate Training sessions Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Capability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field Experience in the digital entrepreneurship industry is a plus
