We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Relationship Manager to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 6 years of experience in sales, relationship management, and micro mortgages. Roles and Responsibility Manage relationships with existing clients to ensure timely payment of EMIs and minimize defaults. Identify new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research. Conduct site visits to assess client needs and provide personalized solutions. Develop and implement strategies to increase sales revenue from micro mortgages. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer queries and issues. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions. Job Requirements Proven experience in sales, relationship management, and micro mortgages. Strong understanding of financial products and services related to micro mortgages. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with banking regulations and compliance requirements.
