1. Position Title Technician _ Fetling Grinder Position Reporting To Supervisor Work Location Unit_1 Function Operation. Department Production Responsibility Swing Frame Grinding Chipping Flexible Shaft Grinding (2.5 HP) Die Casting Grinding (all mount Point & Bur Cutter) AG5 Grinding (DC wheel) Qualifications, Experience - ITI With 2 to 10 Years 2. Position Title CNC VTL / TURN MILL Operator Position Reporting To Shift Supervisors. Work Location Kothur - Hyderabad Function Operation Department Production Machine Shop Primary Role The incumbent need to have strong background on prove out on VTL machining for bigger size steel & iron casted components which are used in Power, Railway, Mining trucks, OHV, general engineering & other sectors. Must have the ability to dial the larger castings from Dia 1 meter to Max of 2.5-meter dia. casting weight averaging from 500kgs to 7 tons. Machine Bed size from 1 Meter to max of 2.5 meters. Must have previous experience of operating any of makes of Hyundai, Jagdeep, Yushine, Titan, Bullard machines. Must have knowledge of operating FANUC and SEIMENS controllers. Must have Knowledge of Drawing study, GD&T knowledge. Key Responsibilities Setting knowledge of the heavy castings/Averaging of casting for 1st operation. Prove out of setup part as per the given SOP. Able to identify the cause of reworks during machining process. Must be able to identify the tool specification based upon the tool list provided. Must be to check the tool condition before starting the machining process. Must be able to read the CNC Program before starting the machining process. Must be able to identify the Daily maintenance check related to the machine. Must have sound knowledge of G codes and M codes used in CNC Program. Must have knowledge of using measuring instruments. (Bore gauge, Vernier, etc.) Must have knowledge of Tool offset editing and C axis operations individually. Must have knowledge of Turning of ID, OD &Face, Boring, Threading, Grooving, Milling and Drilling. Work Location Kothur - Hyderabad Function Operation Department Production– Machine Shop Primary Role The incumbent need to have strong background on prove out on VMC machining for bigger size steel & iron casted child parts components which are used in Power, Railway, Mining trucks, OHV, general engineering & other sectors. Must have the ability to dial the smaller components and larger components of dia 700mm. Must have operating knowledge of larger VMC with table size of 1700x710. Must have previous experience of operating Ace MicroMatic, BFW and Mitsui Seiki machines. Must have knowledge of operating FANUC and SIEMENS controller. Must have Knowledge of Drawing study, GD&T knowledge. Key Responsibilities Setting knowledge of the castings/Averaging of casting for 1st operation. Prove out of setup part as per the given SOP. Able to identify the cause of reworks during machining process. Must be able to identify the tool specification based upon the tool list provided. Must be to check the tool condition before starting the machining process. Must be able to read the CNC Program before starting the machining process.
