Job Title: Customer Service Executive – Food Court Location: The Maple Leaf Food Court, Mahabalipuram Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time (mention as applicable) Job Summary: We are looking for a friendly and efficient Customer Service Executive to join our food court team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring an excellent dining experience through prompt assistance, smooth order coordination, and courteous service. Key Responsibilities: Greet and welcome customers with a positive attitude Guide customers through menu options and food counters Assist customers in placing orders and answer queries Manage order follow-ups, token systems, and delivery updates Coordinate between the customer and kitchen team for timely service Handle customer feedback, suggestions, and complaints professionally Maintain cleanliness and organization at customer interaction points Promote food court offers, combos, and loyalty programs Support online order pickups or pre-orders when needed Maintain a record of daily customer interactions and issues handled Qualifications and Skills: 12th pass or graduate preferred Previous experience in hospitality/food service is an advantage Good communication skills in English and local languages (e.g., Tamil, Hindi) Pleasant personality with customer-first attitude Basic knowledge of billing or POS systems is a plus Ability to stay calm under pressure and handle peak hour rush Willingness to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays What We Offer: Competitive salary and incentives Meals and refreshments during shift On-the-job training and skill development Friendly and inclusive work environment Opportunity to grow within the food court operations team
