Maintain a professional and empathetic tone with customers, even in challenging situations. Update call details, payment commitments, and outcomes accurately in the CRM/system. Escalate unresolved cases or disputes to the senior recovery team or legal department if necessary. Achieve daily and monthly recovery targets set by the department. Follow HDFC Bank’s compliance, regulatory, and customer service protocols during interactions. Key Skills Required: Strong communication and negotiation skills in English, Hindi, and/or regional language. Ability to handle stress and difficult conversations calmly and effectively. Familiarity with credit card products and recovery processes is an advantage. Basic computer skills and experience using CRM or collection systems. Qualifications: Minimum 12th pass or Graduate in any discipline. 0–3 years of experience in debt recovery, telecalling, or customer service (preferably in banking or NBFCs). Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.
