Role & responsibilities Should have hand on maintenance experience of HVAC equipment Chillers, Package A.C Systems, AHUs, Refrigerators. Should have experience of HVAC systems at Mfg. Plant or Commercial buildings. Should have knowledge of P.M/B/D of utility equipment. Work experience at OEM site will be preferable. Should have knowledge of maintenance systems like Kaizens, 5S, improvements, RCA. Should know safety aspects of site and safety work rules during maintenance operation. Should can work under customer pressure. Should know the maintenance basic systems like P.M, B.D. He should know Spare part planning of Utility equipment’s. Should have exposure of IMS documentation and KPI’s used in Utility area. Should know safety aspects of site and safety work rules during maintenance operation. Preferred candidate profile Only from Pharma Background will eligible Qualification - Diploma / B.tech in Mechanical
