With comprehensive manufacturer training and a supportive team, this is your chance to be part of a forward-thinking dealership. What you will be doing: Correctly interpret instructions from job cards/repair orders Ensure all technicians received the training required, comply with repair instructions and stipulated settings and manufacturer manuals Plan, allocate and supervise all work done. Ensure work is completed correctly and reported, and make sure the service team is made aware of any delays or extra parts required Report any loss, shortage, damage or malfunction of tools and equipment or if any additional tools or equipment are required What we need from you: Previous experience working as a Workshop Manager / Controller Full manual driving licence Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with others well Ability to work under pressure Good at problem-solving, decision making and delegation Able to support and motivate others in your team What we are proud of: Norton Way Group has once again achieved Great Place to Work Certification in 2024.
