Job Title: Sales Counselor – Hair Transplant Clinic Location: Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh Job Type: Full-Time Reports To: Clinic Manager/ Management Job Summary: As a Sales Counselor at our Hair Transplant Clinic, you will play a crucial role in guiding potential patients through the consultation and decision-making process. You will educate clients on hair restoration options, build trust, and help convert inquiries into committed patients through personalized service and effective sales techniques. Key Responsibilities: Lead Conversion & Sales: Respond to inbound leads and inquiries (calls, emails, web forms). Conduct in-person or virtual consultations to understand client needs and goals. Present treatment options and packages, explain procedures, and address objections. Guide clients through the sales process from inquiry to booking and payment. Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and conversion KPIs. Client Relationship Management: Build rapport and maintain ongoing communication with prospects and existing patients. Follow up with leads consistently via phone, whats app. Provide pre- and post-procedure support and ensure a high-quality patient experience. Collaboration & Clinic Support: Work closely with medical and administrative staff to ensure seamless service. Maintain accurate records of consultations, notes, and sales activities in the CRM. Attend training sessions and stay updated on hair restoration technologies and trends. Qualifications: Proven experience in consultative sales, preferably in healthcare, aesthetics, or cosmetic surgery. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities. Professional appearance and demeanor. Ability to handle sensitive topics with empathy and discretion. Proficient with CRM tools and Microsoft Office. Preferred: Experience in hair transplant or cosmetic procedure sales. Background in customer service or patient coordination. Compensation: Base salary + incentive structure. Key Responsibilities: Clearly and confidently guide patients about hair transplant procedures and address any doubts or concerns Effectively consult with walk-in patients and inbound leads to achieve successful conversions. Understand patient concerns during consultations and recommend personalized treatment solutions Achieve weekly/monthly sales targets through proper follow-ups and consistent lead nurturing. Ensure accurate and timely data entry of all leads and consultations in the clinic’s CRM/system. Coordinate closely with doctors and clinical staff to provide a smooth and professional patient experience. Handle patient queries before and after the procedure to build trust and ensure long-term satisfaction.
