Key Responsibilities:Operations Management Supervise all service department personnel, including technicians, service advisors, and support staff. Coordinate repair and maintenance services to ensure timely delivery. Ensure the proper functioning of tools, equipment, and workstations. Customer Service Handle escalated customer complaints and service issues with professionalism. Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements to enhance satisfaction. Promote excellent customer relations and drive repeat business. Staff Supervision and Training Hire, train, and evaluate service staff. Conduct regular performance reviews and coaching sessions. Motivate the team to achieve departmental goals and KPIs. Financial and KPI Management Monitor department profitability and service revenue targets. Control costs related to labor, parts, and operations. Track metrics such as CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index), labor sales, efficiency, and productivity. Compliance and Quality Control Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and manufacturer regulations. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of warranty policies and service procedures. Oversee quality control checks to ensure all repairs are completed correctly and safely. Inventory and Parts Coordination Work closely with the parts department to ensure availability and proper ordering of parts. Monitor inventory levels and minimize unnecessary stock.
