Role & responsibilities Most of the work involves Quotations for enquiries, Bargaining & Negotiation, closing orders. The list of customers will be shared by us to you. You have to approach the customers via any of the modes of communication i.e. Calls, Emails, or Messages which ever you feel is best and get the orders. Our business manages 15 to 20 daily inbound inquiries related to steel prices, which fluctuate daily. We provide quotes, follow up with customers, and finalize orders, which may take from half an hour to 15 days depending on the customer's internal approval levels. Once a Purchase Order (PO) is placed, we coordinate dispatch operations, arranging logistics and ensuring timely delivery to the customers site. At-site formalities like Material Receipt Note (MRN) processing and bill booking have to be followed up, we offer credit terms of 30 to 365 days. A detailed transaction checklist guides our operations from enquiry to payment follow-up. We have teams of each department like dispatch, accounts, and operations. For new business, we have a list of 100+ potential customers. By showcasing our strong profile, we typically secure their business, repeating the sales and operations process. Our marketing efforts include preparing brochures and promotional materials using Canva and Photoshop. Your job role is to manage and do the above work. Preferred candidate profile Should have B2B sales experience. Should have product knowledge and how the business works. English speaking and computer skills are mandatory.
