Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales Manager – Veterinary Products to lead our sales efforts in Animal Feed Supplements and Ingredients. The ideal candidate will bring a strong network within the poultry, cattle, and aquaculture feed sectors and a proven ability to build, manage, and grow key accounts across India. Job Responsibilities: Operate and monitor biogas purification systems (e.g., PSA, water scrubbing, membrane separation). Ensure smooth and continuous operation of all plant components such as blowers, compressors, dryers, scrubbers, H₂S removal units, and gas storage systems. Monitor process parameters and record data (pressure, temperature, flow rate, gas composition, etc.). Conduct regular equipment inspections and perform preventive and minor corrective maintenance. Maintain accurate logs of production, downtime, maintenance activities, and incidents. Ensure the plant adheres to safety protocols and environmental regulations. Coordinate with the maintenance team and management for troubleshooting and repairs. Take gas samples and assist in lab testing and analysis for methane content, CO₂, H₂S, and moisture. Handle start-up and shutdown procedures safely and efficiently. Respond quickly and effectively to alarms and operational issues. Skills & Competencies: Basic understanding of gas purification processes and equipment. Familiarity with PLC/SCADA-based control systems is an advantage. To manage and support the extension operations of the organization on a day-to-day basis including but not limited to training, demonstration, farm visits, data verification and data validation. Providing training and demonstrations to farmers on technical information and Better Cotton Standards Principles & Criteria to achieve desired yield and quality is included. Arranging village meetings to ensure farmers are kept informed about new technical advancements in Better Cotton farming and related certification processes. Monitoring the LG training, Lead farmer training, women and worker training conducted by the Field Facilitator.
