Key Responsibilities: Debt Collection: Contact customers or clients with overdue payments to negotiate and collect outstanding debts in a professional and respectful manner. Payment Arrangements: Work with debtors to establish repayment plans, settlements, or alternative payment solutions that align with their financial circumstances. Account Review: Review and analyze debtor accounts to assess their financial status, payment history, and creditworthiness.
