We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Soft Skills Trainer to join our training team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering engaging soft skills training programs to students, employees, or professionals. Confident speaker with excellent presentation and facilitation skills. Ability to handle diverse groups of learners with patience and professionalism. Key Responsibilities : Conduct inspections and quality control assessments for pressure vessels, heat exchangers, and other critical equipment in compliance with international standards (ASME, API, ASNT, etc.). Perform non-destructive testing (NDT) such as ultrasonic, radiographic, magnetic particle, and dye penetrant tests on pressure vessels and associated equipment. Review and approve weld procedures and work instructions for fabrication and repairs. Ensure all pressure vessel design, fabrication, and installation processes meet industry specifications and safety standards. Monitor the performance of nodulizers, heat exchangers, and related equipment, ensuring timely and effective preventive maintenance and troubleshooting. Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for any quality-related issues, deviations, or non-conformities and suggest corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). Prepare and review inspection reports, documentation, and certificates of compliance. Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure materials and components meet quality standards. Lead and participate in audits of quality management systems, as well as internal and external inspections. Provide technical guidance to junior engineers and maintenance teams regarding pressure vessel and heat exchanger inspection, repair, and maintenance.
