1 Will be responsible for registration process 2 To coordinate with advocates and purchasers for projects 3 Will be responsible for drafting as per the departmental requirements 4 Will be responsible of applying and organizing documents for RERA Registration 5 To look into bills of advocates and initiating streamlined process for bills and payments there to. 6 Will be updated on notifications and research 7 Will be able to look into litigation Knowledge of The West Bengal Land Reforms Act, The Registration Act, Transfer of Property Act, and related statutes. Proficiency in drafting legally compliant documents and agreements Strong communication skills in Bengali and English. Good organizational skills and attention to detail. 1-3 years of experience in land/property-related legal work, preferably in West Bengal Location : - Primarc Square, Salt Lake, Sector III, Kolkata
