1. Sales Targets & Performance Achieve monthly / quarterly / annual sales targets for tractors, implements, and allied products. Maintain minimum conversion ratio (Leads → Test Drive → Booking → Delivery) as per dealership standard. Ensure proper stock rotation (no dead stock beyond 90 days). Meet finance, insurance, and exchange targets as fixed by dealership & Mahindra. 2. Market Development Conduct minimum X demos / farmer meetings per month per branch. Expand market share in assigned territory and ensure dealership is the No.1 choice for farmers . Identify and develop new sub-dealers / influencers / village-level associates . Increase penetration of implements, attachments, and after-market sales. 3. Team Management Recruit, train, and retain competent sales executives, team leaders, and branch managers. Ensure daily reporting discipline – enquiries, follow-ups, test drives, bookings, deliveries. Conduct weekly review meetings and monthly performance appraisals . Maintain a healthy, motivated, and professional sales culture. 4. Customer Satisfaction Ensure Customer First Policy is followed strictly by all sales staff. Achieve dealership’s Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) score as prescribed by Mahindra. Personally monitor complaint resolution and customer retention activities. Implement referral programs and ensure repeat business from existing customers. 5. Dealer & OEM Coordination Submit MIS reports (daily / weekly / monthly) on sales, stock, and customer data. Coordinate with Mahindra’s Regional Sales Manager / Territory Manager for schemes, campaigns, and training. Ensure compliance with Mahindra branding, display, and promotional guidelines. 6. Financial Responsibility Maintain profitability of sales department by controlling expenses and maximizing revenue. Ensure timely collection of customer payments and monitor credit policies. Control discounts strictly within dealership-approved limits. Generate income from finance, insurance, and exchange commissions. 7. Discipline & Reporting Report directly to Dealer Principal / Managing Director . Maintain transparency in operations and submit authentic MIS reports . Adhere to dealership rules, HR policies, and ethical business practices. Performance will be reviewed quarterly and incentives linked to achievement of KRAs.
