We are looking for an experienced and skilled Fitter Technician to join our factory team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing mechanical systems and production equipment used in the ACC Block manufacturing process. You will ensure optimal machine performance to support uninterrupted factory operations. Key Responsibilities: Perform mechanical fitting and maintenance of machinery involved in ACC block production (e.g. mixers, conveyors, autoclaves, cutters). Diagnose faults and carry out timely repairs to minimize production downtime. Read and interpret technical drawings, assembly instructions, and equipment manuals. Ensure proper alignment and fitting of components, bearings, shafts, and gears. Conduct preventive and routine maintenance as per the schedule. Monitor machine performance and carry out adjustments as needed. Maintain records of repair, servicing, and machine breakdowns. Follow safety protocols and ensure proper use of PPE and tools. Collaborate with electricians and other technicians for joint maintenance tasks. Ensure housekeeping and cleanliness of the working area after jobs. Report spare parts requirements to the maintenance in-charge. Key Requirements: Qualification: ITI / Diploma in Fitter / Mechanical Trade or related field. Experience: Minimum 2–5 years in a similar role, preferably in a construction material manufacturing plant (like ACC Blocks, cement, bricks, etc.).
