The Senior Guest Service Associate will handle day-to-day guest services,Taking orders ,Serving them and taking feedback. The role involves providing exceptional guest service, ensuring guest satisfaction, and addressing any guest concerns or needs promptly. The individual will be responsible for maintaining clear communication with guests and relevant departments to provide a seamless guest experience. Qualifications Guest Services and Guest Service skills Customer Service skills Experience in handling Reservations Strong Communication skills Excellent problem-solving abilities Ability to work in a team-oriented environment Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred
