Documentation: Prepare detailed construction drawings, specifications, and project documentation, ensuring accuracy, adherence to codes, and compatibility with construction processes. Site Analysis: Conduct site visits and assessments to gather relevant information about the project site, local conditions, and environmental factors that could impact the design. Collaboration: Work closely with senior architects, project managers, interior designers, and other cross-functional teams to contribute to the design process, coordinate design elements, and ensure project objectives are met. Research and Innovation: Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and sustainable design practices, and incorporate these insights into your design work. Regulatory Compliance: Familiarize yourself with local building codes, zoning regulations, and other relevant legal requirements to ensure designs comply with all necessary standards. Client Interaction: Participate in client meetings, presenting design concepts and gathering feedback to refine designs and ensure client satisfaction. Qualifications and Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Architecture from a recognized institution. Experience: Freshers & experienced in architectural design and planning.
