1. Production Management: Oversee operations across the canning line, jam production, pickle production, juice hot-fill line, and pulping section. Ensure production runs efficiently, maintaining quality and meeting deadlines. 2. Regulatory Compliance and Audits: Ensure FSSAI training is completed and implemented for all relevant staff. Maintain and monitor HACCP compliance at all stages of production. Prepare and successfully pass internal and external audits. 3. Vendor Management: Develop, evaluate, and manage relationships with vendors for raw materials and equipment. Negotiate contracts to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness. 4. Recipe Development and Costing: Develop and standardize recipes for jams, pickles, and juices. Calculate and analyze product costings to optimize profitability. 5. Team Leadership and Training: Train production staff on operational protocols, safety standards, and quality guidelines. Lead a team-oriented culture that prioritizes efficiency and quality. 6. Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for process improvements to reduce waste, enhance efficiency, and optimize resources. Stay updated on industry trends and technologies to integrate into production processes. 7. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate production logs, cost analyses, and compliance records. Prepare reports for management review, highlighting performance and improvement areas. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Food Science, Chemistry, or a related field. Experience: Prior experience in food production, canning, and related areas is preferred. Freshers with strong learning aptitude and interest are welcome to apply. Skills Required: Strong knowledge of FSSAI regulations and HACCP standards. Ability to develop and standardize recipes and calculate costings. Excellent vendor management and negotiation skills. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and analytical thinking. Proficiency in maintaining compliance documentation and audit preparation. Benefits: Competitive salary package.
