Role :- Gold Appraiser Key Responsibilities:- To ensure 100% right valuation - capturing right cartage, proper stone deduction. Adhering to high ethical standards and comply with all the laid down processes / policies of IIFL KYC adherence, maintaining all important registers etc. Verify customers KYC & complete online registration. Maintaining the quality of portfolio by tracking & controlling the threshold IRR and prompt resolution of queries pre & post loan disbursal. Participate in field-marketing activities to improve the brand visibility of IIFL Gold Loan branch in the proper catchment areas and to generate leads for prospective Customers. Ensure to bring in New CUIDs ( New Customers) and maintain good relationship with existing customers for generating renewal & referral business. Ensuring to call customers as per CRM leads (Winback, Customer Referral & Leaders app fresh leads) and update in system. Ensuring strong follow up for interest collections to keep NPAs in control & thereby achieving higher revenue. Drive cross-selling of other financial products to existing customers. Role: Customer care executive Key Responsibilities: Attending Customer Walk Ins and addressing customer grievances w.r.t. Gold Loan process & various schemes available at IIFL.Verify customers KYC & complete online registration. Ensure to adhere to standard operations procedure of organization and maintain all important registers at branch level. Provide after sales service to existing customers and obtain references from them to increase customer base. Ensure to bring in New CUIDs ( New Customers) and maintain good relationship with existing customers for generating renewal & referral business. Participate in field-marketing activities to improve the brand visibility of IIFL_Gold Loan branch in the proper catchment areas and generate leads for prospective customers. Job Title: Change maker -UNXT Job Purpose: • To deliver high quality training to the participants of the UNXT program, namely, the final year students of various Govt. colleges - Degree, ITI, Polytechnic, Engineering, Agriculture, Horticulture etc. • To facilitate social empowerment in the the youth undergoing training. Job Responsibilities: • Impart high quality training in alignment with the course structure and content. • Adhere to and follow all the requirements outlined in the process document. • Identify Govt. colleges in your vicinity ( approx. 30km radius) and liaise with the college authorities to start UNXT program in their college. • Orient and convince the students the importance of attending UNXT program and enroll them into batches. • Ensure that the student data captured on our student tracking application - Sixerclass is complete and accurate. • Work with the authorities and plan well to ensure that the 30 day/ 3hr program is run uninterrupted and completed successfully. • Ensure that no aspect of the training program is missed out and the students are well trained and transformed at the end of 30 days. • Identify less competent participants and provide early redressal / counseling so that they successfully complete the program. • Motivate the students utilize the self-learning resources provided through the U Leapp smartphone app and monitor them on a regular basis. • Conduct the valediction program in the presence of the college authorities to showcase the skills learnt by the students during this program. • Effectively coordinate placements for the students with Placement team whenever necessary. • Work with HO to involve sponsors as and when required. • Ensure active Social media participation by all students. • Speak and spread the word about Unnati as an organization and its activities to the college authorities and the students. • Facilitate student referrals to our centers. • Support centre operations as and when requested by the management. Candidate Requirements: Qualifications: • Graduate • Fresher or Experienced (with or without training experience) • Should be interested in training and keen to be associated with the development/ social sector. • Basic Computer knowledge - MS Office, comfortable in the use of Social Media • Fluent in English communication Skills: • Ability to communicate confidently, clearly, coherently and with respect • Enthusiastic, Hardworking, Well-disciplined, Energetic & willing to stretch. • Result oriented and coherent with the vision of Unnati. • Self-Driven, Solution focused & Problem solving mind-set. • Active Listener and a team player. • Excellent interpersonal communication skills. • Ability to articulate thoughts and ideas in English.
