Conduct thorough needs analysis to identify client requirements and offer personalized advice on mutual fund investments. Collaborate with internal teams to stay updated on market trends and regulatory changes affecting mutual funds. Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to client inquiries and resolving issues professionally. Identify new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and other channels to expand the client base. Stay current with industry developments and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge. Job Requirements Strong knowledge of mutual funds products, including their features, benefits, and risks. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills to build strong client relationships.
