As a Special Educator , you will play a crucial role in supporting the educational and developmental needs of children with diverse learning challenges. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to design and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) that address each child's unique strengths and areas for growth. Key Responsibilities: 1. Assessment and Evaluation: - Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify each child's academic, social, emotional, and behavioral needs. - Collaborate with other professionals, including psychologists, therapists, and educators, to gather relevant information and insights. * 2.
