Plan, organize, and monitor daily CNC/VMC machining operations. Allocate work to machine operators as per production plan.

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans focused on automotive product segments (OEM, OES, aftermarket).Analyze market trends, competitor positioning, customer preferences, and industry developments.

Lead the entire technical function including design & development, process engineering, quality, and testing.Provide technical guidance on selection of raw materials, heat treatment, coatings, and thread forming technologies.

Source and procure all types of fasteners (e.g., bolts, nuts, screws, washers) based on technical specifications.Identify, evaluate, and qualify new suppliers (local and international).

Oversee manufacturing processes such as cold/hot heading, thread rolling, heat treatment, plating, packing etc.Overall responsibility for plant operations including production, quality, maintenance, planning, stores, safety, and dispatch.

Plan and schedule daily production activities for CNC and VMC machines to meet delivery deadlines and quality standards.Supervise machine shop personnel, including CNC operators, programmers, and support staff.
