Roles and Responsibilities Handle retail liabilities, cross-sell products, and provide portfolio handling expertise. Develop strong relationships with customers through effective communication and sales strategies. Collaborate with team members to achieve business objectives and drive growth. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. Desired Candidate Profile 1-6 years of experience in banking sales or related field (preferably from BFSI industry). Strong understanding of banking products, including liability products and retail branch banking services. Excellent communication skills for building rapport with customers and colleagues alike. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team towards common goals.
