Job Summary We are seeking committed and compassionate Speech Therapists to join our growing multidisciplinary team at Bloom Nest CDC. This role is open to both fresh graduates and experienced professionals who are passionate about improving communication, language, and swallowing skills in individuals of all ages, especially children with speech and language delays, Autism Spectrum Disorder, and other communication disorders. Key Responsibilities -Conduct initial assessments and diagnose speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders Create and implement individualized therapy plans based on client needs Deliver 1:1 or group speech therapy sessions in clinic, home, or school environments Use evidence-based techniques to improve speech clarity, language development, and communication skills Provide parent/caregiver training and regular progress updates Maintain thorough documentation and progress reports for each client Collaborate with occupational therapists, behavior therapists, and special educators as needed Qualifications For Freshers: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Audiology Valid license or registration with RCI (Rehabilitation Council of India) or relevant authority (or in process) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Passionate about helping individuals with communication needs For Experienced Candidates: 1+ years of clinical or school-based experience in speech therapy Proficient in treating speech and language delays, articulation issues, stuttering, voice disorders, etc. Experience with special populations (e.g., Autism, ADHD, hearing impairment) is an advantage Comfortable using AAC or other assistive communication tools (preferred) Skills Required Excellent verbal and written communication Patience, empathy, and a child-friendly approach Strong observation and documentation skills Team collaboration and adaptability Benefits Structured training and mentorship for freshers Career advancement opportunities and skill development Friendly and supportive team environment Flexible scheduling options Competitive salary based on experience and performance
