The candidate will assist in managing on-site activities, ensuring quality and safety standards, and coordinating with various stakeholders to maintain project timelines. Key Responsibilities: Supervise daily site activities related to structural and civil works. Ensure that all construction work complies with design, quality, and safety standards. Coordinate with contractors, labor teams, and suppliers. Monitor progress against the project schedule and report any delays. Read and interpret architectural and structural drawings. Ensure proper utilization of materials and resources on-site. Maintain daily records of labor, materials, and work progress. Assist in quality control checks and inspection processes. Report to the Project Manager or Senior Engineer with regular updates.
